My body is really sore today.
The boxing class really killed me. I really have to get in shape.
That’s the end of the first morning with my standing desk. My back hurt a little bit, but mostly my feet.
I got a floor mattress at lunch and we’ll see if that improves anything it. I was expecting some pain for a few days so I’ll hang in there for now.
The good thing about the standing desk is the ability to move around, sit when you want to.
Let’s see tomorrow how it goes.

After a lot of research and a lot of thinking I wanted to try the standing desk.
It’s seems better for your health and I am trying to be healthier.
It’s probably not the best idea to start the same day I am suppose to start my boxing class but we will see how it goes tomorrow.
