    Standing desk: Day 1

    Enough is enough.
    My back has been killing me for quite a while.

    After a lot of research and a lot of thinking I wanted to try the standing desk.
    It’s seems better for your health and I am trying to be healthier. 

    It’s probably not the best idea to start the same day I am suppose to start my boxing class but we will see how it goes tomorrow.

    I have some pictures of my setup which I will upload later.
