Standing Desk: Week 1
So it’s been a week. So far so good. The floor mat really helps but the only problem I have is my back. I guess I have to build a little bit more muscle in my back to get the proper posture. Anyway, my feet don’t hurt anymore and if you move a little bit from time to time or stretch every hour or so it’s really make the day goes faster.

Standing Desk: Day 2
My body is really sore today.  The boxing class really killed me. I really have to get in shape. That’s the end of the first morning with my standing desk. My back hurt a little bit, but mostly my feet. I got a floor mattress at lunch and we’ll see if that improves anything it. Standing desk: Day 1
Enough is enough. My back has been killing me for quite a while. After a lot of research and a lot of thinking I wanted to try the standing desk.
